圓角化節(jié)點(diǎn)增強(qiáng)對(duì)BCC點(diǎn)陣結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能的影響分析

摘要: 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)體心立方(BCC)點(diǎn)陣結(jié)構(gòu)支桿節(jié)點(diǎn)處幾何突變引起應(yīng)力集中過(guò)大,結(jié)構(gòu)局部過(guò)早屈服問(wèn)題,提出了一種提高點(diǎn)陣結(jié)構(gòu)的等效屈服應(yīng)力的圓角化節(jié)點(diǎn)增強(qiáng)點(diǎn)陣結(jié)構(gòu)(BCC-F)設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過(guò)基于均勻化方法的數(shù)值仿真與3組Ti–6Al–4V BCC及BCC-F點(diǎn)陣試件的單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,圓角化節(jié)點(diǎn)增強(qiáng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)點(diǎn)陣支桿節(jié)點(diǎn)處幾何光滑過(guò)渡,并顯著提高低密度BCC點(diǎn)陣結(jié)構(gòu)的等效楊...
