基于決策者信任水平和組合賦權(quán)的不完全偏好復(fù)雜大群體應(yīng)急決策方法

摘要: 針對(duì)屬性權(quán)重完全未知且專家偏好出現(xiàn)殘缺值的復(fù)雜大群體應(yīng)急決策問題,提出了一種新的決策方法。首先,設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于決策者信任水平的殘缺值填充機(jī)制,對(duì)缺失的偏好信息進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充。然后,將各方案的大群體偏好信息進(jìn)行聚類,基于方案信息熵和群體偏好沖突水平構(gòu)建組合賦權(quán)方法,對(duì)屬性權(quán)重進(jìn)行測(cè)算,進(jìn)而得到各個(gè)方案的綜合評(píng)價(jià)值。最后對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明本文提出的方法具有良好的可行性和有效性。 For a complex large group decision-making problem: attribute weights are known completely and expert preference information is incomplete, a new decision approach is proposed. Firstly, a filling mechanism of incomplete values based on trust degree of decision makers is designed, which is used to add the missing preference information. Secondly, the large group preference information for each alternative is clustered, a combination weighting method based on information entropy of alternative and group preference conflict degree is constructed, which is used to calculate attribute weights, and then the comprehensive evaluation value for each alternative is presented. Finally, an example is given to illustrate this method, and the validation results demonstrate the good feasibility and validity of proposed method.
