單值中智語(yǔ)言環(huán)境下的TODIM決策方法

摘要: 基于決策過(guò)程中屬性值信息的不確定性以及決策者對(duì)收益與損失風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度的差異,提出了單值中智語(yǔ)言環(huán)境下的交互式多屬性決策方法(TODIM).首先,利用單值中智語(yǔ)言集量化屬性值信息中的不確定度并進(jìn)一步地描述屬性值信息;其次,基于改進(jìn)后的語(yǔ)言標(biāo)度函數(shù)定義了單值中智語(yǔ)言數(shù)的距離測(cè)度和集結(jié)算子;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差計(jì)算屬性權(quán)重,依據(jù)TODIM方法計(jì)算各方案的全局優(yōu)勢(shì)度并排序;最后,通過(guò)節(jié)能服務(wù)公司的選擇案例驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性與有效性. Based on the uncertainty of attribute value information and the different risk attitudes of decision-makers towards gain and loss, an extended TODIM(an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multi-criteria decision making) under single-valued neutrosophic linguistic environment is proposed. First, the uncertainty in attribute value information can be quantified directly by using single-valued neutrosophic language set. Second, based on the extended language scale function, the distance measure and aggregator of single-valued neutrosophic linguistic numbers are defined. Based on these, weights are calculated by standard deviation and ranks are obtained by the TODIM method. Finally, the practical application process of the proposed method is illustrated by the case of energy-saving service company selection, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
