蘭州市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的空間集聚及其影響因素

摘要: 依據(jù)蘭州市2016年工商企業(yè)登記數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用基于距離的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚研究方法,分析了蘭州市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的空間布局、集聚特征及其影響因素。結(jié)果表明:蘭州市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間分布不均衡,自東向西依次為中心高密度地帶、過(guò)渡地帶、扇形低密度地帶,呈現(xiàn)出"圈層+扇形"的空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征;從不同行業(yè)來(lái)看,金融保險(xiǎn)業(yè)、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用服務(wù)業(yè)及交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)集聚趨勢(shì)更為明顯,而房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)、科學(xué)研究和綜合技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚趨勢(shì)較弱,并且除金融保險(xiǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出多中心的集聚特征外,其余行業(yè)都是單中心集聚;就不同規(guī)模而言,較大規(guī)模企業(yè)的集聚范圍較大但集聚程度較弱,而較小規(guī)模企業(yè)的集聚范圍較小但集聚程度較強(qiáng),成為蘭州市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間集聚的主導(dǎo)力量;城市功能分區(qū)、地價(jià)租金水平、交通便捷程度、辦公空間分布是影響生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間集聚的重要因素。 Based on the business registration data of enterprises in Lanzhou City in 2016, using the distance-based industrial space agglomeration measurement method, the spatial layout, agglomeration characteristics and formation mechanism of the production service industry in Lanzhou City were analyzed. The results show: the spatial distribution of the productive service industry is uneven, showing the characteristics of "East Mississippi", forming a "circle + fan" pattern that gradually decreases from the center to the periphery; There are significant differences in the characteristics of agglomeration among industries. The computer application service industry, the financial and insurance industry, and the transportation, warehousing and postal industries have a clear trend. The real estate industry, scientific research and integrated technology services, leasing and business services are in a weaker trend. The large-scale enterprises have a low degree of agglomeration and the agglomeration trend is not obvious. The smaller-scale enterprises dominate the spatial agglomeration of the productive service industry in Lanzhou with their higher concentration; Urban functional zoning,land price and rent level, convenient transportation and office space distribution are important factors affecting the spatial agglomeration of producer services.
