作品取樣系統(tǒng)在幼兒發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)中的運(yùn)用

摘要: 作品取樣系統(tǒng)是一種基于幼兒真實(shí)表現(xiàn)的評(píng)價(jià)工具,可以為教師提供一個(gè)觀察和分析幼兒的結(jié)構(gòu)化框架,有助于教師更好地了解幼兒的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)和水平。在幼兒發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)中運(yùn)用作品取樣系統(tǒng)時(shí),教師應(yīng)注意挑選那些能夠真實(shí)反映幼兒發(fā)展水平的具有代表性的作品,盡量避免自身主觀偏好的消極影響;應(yīng)注意結(jié)合作品取樣系統(tǒng)本身的特點(diǎn)與評(píng)價(jià)的背景及需要,使其真正服務(wù)于促進(jìn)幼兒發(fā)展的目的,不能為了評(píng)價(jià)而評(píng)價(jià),也不能將作品取樣分析等同于幼兒發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià);應(yīng)注意作品取樣系統(tǒng)作為一種評(píng)價(jià)工具的應(yīng)用限度與文化適宜性問題,在充分發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,合理建構(gòu)作品取樣系統(tǒng)與其他評(píng)價(jià)方式之間的關(guān)系。 The work sampling system is an evaluation tool based on children's real performance,which provides a structured framework for teachers to observe and analyze children,and helps teachers to understand the development status and level of children's development more comprehensively. In the process of using the work sampling system to evaluate children's development,the teacher must pay attention to the relation ship between the work and children's real performance and development. The sampling and analysis of the work should also be conducted in a diachronic process and context. The application of the work sampling system also needs to pay attention to the scope and limits of its application. When it is applied outside the field of learning and development,it must be revised and improved accordingly,and pay attention to the effective combination with other evaluation methods.
