普及學前教育:加強民族地區(qū)國家通用語教育的關(guān)鍵

摘要: 兒童的語言教育既要遵循兒童發(fā)展的規(guī)律,又要符合語言教育規(guī)律,還要考慮少數(shù)民族兒童語言學習的特點。在學前教育階段加強國家通用語教育的策略包括:加強黨的民族政策的學習,把握雙語教育的正確方向;優(yōu)先支持民族地區(qū)幼兒園建設,普及民族地區(qū)學前教育,在幼兒階段強化國家通用語教育;在活動中提高兒童的國家通用語水平;注重信息技術(shù)的運用;加強學前師資隊伍建設;營造良好的國家通用語學習環(huán)境。加強少數(shù)民族地區(qū)幼兒園建設,普及民族地區(qū)學前教育,抓住兒童語言發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期開展國家通用語教育,使少數(shù)民族兒童較好掌握國家通用語,為少數(shù)民族兒童的終身發(fā)展奠定堅實的基礎(chǔ),對促進少數(shù)民族兒童的國家認同、加強民族團結(jié),意義重大,影響深遠。
Children's language education should not only follow the law of children's development,but also adapt to the law of language education,and consider the characteristics of minority children's language learning.The strategies of strengthening national lingua franca education in the pre-school stage include:strengthening the study of the Party's ethnic policies and sticking to the correct direction of bilingual education;giving priority to supporting the construction of kindergartens in ethnic areas and universal pre-school education in ethnic areas,and strengthening national lingua franca education in the early childhood stage;improving the national lingua franca level of children through activities;paying attention to IT application;strengthening the construction of pre-school teachers;and creating agood learning environment for national lingua franca.Strengthening the construction of kindergartens in ethnic areas and universal pre-school education in ethnic areas,and carrying out national lingua franca education in the key period of language development contribute to better master of national lingua franca for children in ethnic areas.That will lay a solid foundation for the lifelong development of the children,promote the national identity of children in ethnic areas,and strengthen national unity,which is of great significance and has far-reaching influence.
