西部地區(qū)學前教育發(fā)展的成效、瓶頸及對策——基于成都市第二期學前教育三年行動計劃實施效果的調(diào)查

摘要: 對成都市園長和教師展開的第二期學前教育三年行動計劃實施效果問卷調(diào)查顯示:成都市學前教育資源總量明顯擴大"、小學化"得到明顯糾正、財政投入明顯增加、教師隊伍規(guī)模擴大且培訓(xùn)增多、弱勢群體得到了有力支持;存在著結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整不到位"、大班額"普遍、財政投入不均、教師隊伍不穩(wěn)定且民辦和非在編教師福利待遇低、弱勢群體扶助不足等問題,教師對于提高地位和待遇的需求度最高。今后應(yīng)從注重結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,嚴控班額和師幼比,保持財政投入均衡性,注重教師福利待遇及評優(yōu)評先機會,資源向弱勢群體傾斜等方面入手,促進學前教育大發(fā)展。

In the future, we should pay attention to structural adjustment, strictly control the number of classes and the ratio of teachers and children, maintain the balance of financial input, pay attention to teachers' welfare benefits and the opportunity of evaluating excellence, incline resources to the disadvantaged groups,etc, to promote the great development of preschool education.
