全人教育視域下幼兒園園本課程的構(gòu)建

摘要: 全人教育是時代對個人發(fā)展的新要求,其根本目的是在個體發(fā)展與社會發(fā)展之間建立有機的聯(lián)系,促進個體整全成長。在全人教育視域下構(gòu)建幼兒園園本課程,即是希望培養(yǎng)具有開放視野和綜合能力的幼兒,幫助他們形成良好的社會生存與發(fā)展能力。這就要求課程目標指向幼兒發(fā)展的生長性和多元性,課程內(nèi)容具有綜合性,課程組織體現(xiàn)對幼兒學習特點與學習需求的尊重,綜合使用形成性評價和終結(jié)性評價,不斷提高課程的實施水平。
The holistic education is the new requirement of the times for individual development. Its fundamental purpose is to promote the whole growth of individuals and build an organic link between individual development and social development. From the perspective of holistic education,this course is designed to cultivate children with open vision and comprehensive ability,so that they can have good social survival and development ability. This course is characterized by growth and diversity in objectives and comprehensiveness in content. Its organization and implementation should actively respond to children 's learning needs according to their learning characteristics,and improve the implementation level of the course through formative evaluation and summative evaluation.
