基于OBE理念的學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)探究——以商丘工學(xué)院為例

摘要: 學(xué)前教育專業(yè)是一門實(shí)踐性較強(qiáng)的綜合性學(xué)科。"二孩"政策背景下,隨著國家層面的重視和家長對學(xué)前教育優(yōu)質(zhì)資源的需求,師范院校、綜合類院校都陸續(xù)開設(shè)學(xué)前教育專業(yè),成為許多院校專業(yè)發(fā)展新的增長點(diǎn)。作為地方民辦院校,商丘工學(xué)院非常重視學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的建設(shè),在取得較大成績的同時也存在一些問題。從OBE理念的視角提出了學(xué)前教育人才培養(yǎng)改革策略,即明確學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、重構(gòu)學(xué)前教育專業(yè)課程體系、探索以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)模式、重視實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)、開展校"園"深度合作、創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)成果評價方式等,進(jìn)而提升學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量。 Pre-school education major is a comprehensive subject with strong practicality. Under the background of the "two-child"policy, with the attention of the national level and the parents' demand for high-quality resources of pre-school education, teachers' colleges and comprehensive colleges have successively offered pre-school education major, which has become a new growth point for the professional development of many colleges. As a local private college, Shangqiu Institute of Technology attaches great importance to the construction of preschool education major.While it has made great achievements, there are also some problems. In the perspective of OBE concept, this paper puts forward the reform strategy of pre-school education talent training, clarifies the training objectives of pre-school education major, reconstructs the curriculum system of pre-school education major, explores the student-centered teaching mode, pays attention to the cultivation of practical teaching ability, carries out the deep cooperation of school"garden"and innovates the evaluation methods of learning achievements so as to improve the quality of pre-school education professionals training.
