幼兒園開(kāi)放式體育活動(dòng)存在的問(wèn)題及改進(jìn)策略

摘要: 開(kāi)放式體育活動(dòng)旨在為幼兒創(chuàng)造一個(gè)開(kāi)放、自由、互動(dòng)的活動(dòng)環(huán)境,以促進(jìn)其身心全面發(fā)展,具有開(kāi)放性、體驗(yàn)性等特點(diǎn)。受傳統(tǒng)體育活動(dòng)模式及教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)的限制,當(dāng)前幼兒園在實(shí)施開(kāi)放式體育活動(dòng)時(shí)存在教師觀念認(rèn)識(shí)不足、忽視環(huán)境的開(kāi)放性和幼兒的多重活動(dòng)體驗(yàn)等問(wèn)題,為此需要在提升教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化開(kāi)放式體育活動(dòng)課程設(shè)置,并注意在實(shí)施過(guò)程中強(qiáng)化幼兒的主體地位。 The open sports activities are designed to create an open,free and interactive activity environment for children to promote their physical and mental development in an all-round way. On the restrictions of traditional sports activity patterns and teachers' professional quality,problems exist in the kindergartens' implementation of open sports activities. They are:teachers' insufficient knowledge of this conept,ignoring the openness of environment and chil dren 's multiple activities experience. Improving the teachers' professional quality can optimizate the open sports activities in the implementation of the curriculum,strengthen children 's subject status to improve the organization and implementation of open kindergarten sports activities.
