混齡教育對幼兒園教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)的要求

摘要: 混齡教育有助于幼兒認(rèn)知、情緒、社會(huì)性發(fā)展,但在實(shí)踐中存在理論研究薄弱、家長認(rèn)識不足、課程資源匱乏等問題,這就對教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)提出了更高的要求。教師應(yīng)系統(tǒng)掌握幼兒身心發(fā)展規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),應(yīng)能合理制定教育目標(biāo)和創(chuàng)設(shè)適宜的教育環(huán)境,應(yīng)具備良好的觀察能力和反思能力。幼兒園可以通過為教師創(chuàng)設(shè)寬松的工作環(huán)境、建構(gòu)良好的學(xué)習(xí)共同體、提供充足的實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)來提高教師對混齡教育的專業(yè)認(rèn)識水平和組織實(shí)施能力,從而提升其專業(yè)素質(zhì)和教育智慧。 The mixed age education is an important educational organization form to promote children's cognitive,emotional and social development. It has higher requirements for teachers' professional quality.The mixed age education requires teachers to systematically grasp the rules and characteristics of children 's physical and mental development,can reasonably set up the educational goal and create the suitable educational environment,and have the good observation and reflection ability. The kindergartens can enhance their professional belief and professional development level of mixed age education by creating a relaxed working environment, creating learning communities and providing sufficient practice opportunities for teachers,so as to improve their professional quality and educational wisdom.
