摘要: 培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)善保教的學前教育專業(yè)人才,需精研國家標準,立足崗位需求,堅持"實踐取向",確立"一專全能型""反思性實踐者"的人才培養(yǎng)目標,構(gòu)建多維實踐教學體系,做到理論與實踐相互融合,課內(nèi)與課外彼此支撐,高校與幼兒園結(jié)成實踐共同體,協(xié)同共育,不斷拓展實踐場域;同時專業(yè)教育要全線貫穿,技能訓練要全程強化,專業(yè)實踐要循序推進,實踐反思要由淺入深,不但奠定職業(yè)理想,而且強化專業(yè)能力,催生實踐智慧,提升專業(yè)品質(zhì)。 In order to cultivate high-quality preschool education professionals who are good at protecting and teaching, it is necessary to refine national standards, base on job demands and adhere to the "practice orientation".
