摘要: 幼兒園園長(zhǎng)是影響園所組織發(fā)展與保教質(zhì)量提高的重要因素。世界多國(guó)通過(guò)制定幼兒園園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)或職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推進(jìn)園長(zhǎng)的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。通過(guò)比較美國(guó)、新西蘭、加拿大、中國(guó)等四國(guó)園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)或職業(yè)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)現(xiàn),均強(qiáng)調(diào)其管理者、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和教育者角色,突出幼兒園園長(zhǎng)全面具體的專業(yè)職責(zé)與專業(yè)表現(xiàn),并強(qiáng)調(diào)園長(zhǎng)在組織機(jī)構(gòu)的規(guī)劃與管理、人際關(guān)系的溝通與合作、教育教學(xué)與保育的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師團(tuán)隊(duì)的引領(lǐng)和激勵(lì)、專業(yè)自我意識(shí)與發(fā)展等方面的專業(yè)核心能力。這些對(duì)我國(guó)幼兒園園長(zhǎng)任職資格、專業(yè)培訓(xùn)及考核評(píng)價(jià)提供了重要依據(jù)和參考。 The kindergarten principal is an important factor affecting the development of the kindergarten organization and the improvement of the quality of education.
