基于保教一體化的幼兒園教育質(zhì)量評價(jià)

摘要: 幼兒園教育建立在保育基礎(chǔ)之上,兩者相互滲透、相互融合。評價(jià)幼兒園教育質(zhì)量時不能將兩者分割開來,而應(yīng)堅(jiān)持保教一體化的原則。保教人員、幼兒、課程與活動、幼兒園環(huán)境與辦園條件是決定幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的主要因素,從保教一體化的角度評價(jià)幼兒園教育質(zhì)量時可從幼兒發(fā)展、課程建設(shè)、保教人員、環(huán)境與保障系統(tǒng)等方面展開,同時在制定評價(jià)要點(diǎn)和評價(jià)規(guī)范時應(yīng)依據(jù)幼兒園的實(shí)際情況確定,以促進(jìn)幼兒學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境與生活環(huán)境的有效融合,保障幼兒園保育與教育功能的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)揮為旨?xì)w。 The education in kindergarten is based on childcare and couldn't be separated to each other;the evaluation to the kindergarten education should follow this principle. The caregivers and teachers,children, courses and environment in kindergartens are the major factors in influencing kindergarten education quality,so the evaluation of kindergarten education can take the children's development,the curricula construction,the behavior of caregivers and teachers,the environment and support system as its dimensionality,and make the main point of evaluation according to the kindergarten condition.
