我國西部學(xué)前師范生協(xié)同培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量與路徑分析

摘要: 協(xié)同培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量因子是衡量校企協(xié)同質(zhì)量高低的有效指標。通過對我國西部地區(qū)473名高校學(xué)前師范生協(xié)同培養(yǎng)情況的調(diào)查、探索和驗證,得到協(xié)同培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量五因子:學(xué)生的企業(yè)實踐情況、高校的學(xué)前專業(yè)準備、企業(yè)的協(xié)同實踐行為、學(xué)生的高校學(xué)習(xí)儲備、高校的學(xué)前協(xié)同環(huán)境支持。經(jīng)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量因子三階段水平分析發(fā)現(xiàn),"企業(yè)的協(xié)同實踐行為"是影響整體"學(xué)前師范生協(xié)同培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量"的關(guān)鍵原因。對此,進行路徑分析和驗證,最終提出創(chuàng)設(shè)"高校的學(xué)前協(xié)同環(huán)境支持"平臺、牢固"高校的學(xué)前專業(yè)準備"基礎(chǔ),促進學(xué)生實踐和企業(yè)協(xié)同;以及重視"學(xué)生的企業(yè)實踐情況"指導(dǎo),提升協(xié)同培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的建議。 Cocultivation quality factor is an effective indicator to measure the quality of school-enterprise collaboration. Through the investigation, exploration and verification the co-cultivation of preschool normal student in 473 universities in western China, the five factors of Cocultivation quality factor are obtained: students' enterprise practice, the pre-school professional preparation of university, the collaborative practice behavior of enterprise, the student's college academic reserve, and the pre-school collaborative environment support of university. Based on the three-stage level analysis of Cocultivation quality factor, it is found that the"the collaborative practice behavior of enterprise" is the key reason that affects the overall"preschool normal students' Cocultivation quality". In this regard, path analysis and verification were carried out, and finally the platform for "pre-school collaborative environment support of the university"was established, and solid foundation for "pre-school professional preparation of university"was firmly established to promote student practice and enterprise collaboration. Finally, pay attention to the guidance of "students' enterprise practice" and improve the quality of Cocultivation.
