燒傷濕潤(rùn)暴露療法治療面頸部Ⅱ度燒燙傷的臨床體會(huì)

摘要： 目的探討濕潤(rùn)暴露療法(MEBT/MEBO)在面頸部Ⅱ度燒燙傷治療中的臨床療效。方法對(duì)比分析153例面頸部Ⅱ度燒燙傷患者使用濕潤(rùn)暴露療法治療(MEBO組)的臨床效果與82例應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)治療方法治療(對(duì)照組)的臨床療效。結(jié)果 153例應(yīng)用濕潤(rùn)暴露療法治療的患者在創(chuàng)面止痛、愈合時(shí)間、防止瘢痕增生等方面明顯優(yōu)于采用傳統(tǒng)療法治療的患者。結(jié)論濕潤(rùn)暴露療法及其配套產(chǎn)品濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏(MEBO)在治療面頸部Ⅱ度燒燙傷創(chuàng)面時(shí),止痛、抗感染、改善微循環(huán)及抑制成纖維細(xì)胞增生,防止愈后瘢痕形成等方面療效明確。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Therapy and Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBT/MEBO) in the treatment of II degree burns and scalds at face and neck.Methods Analyze and compare the clinical efficacies of 153 burned and scalded patients treated with MEBT/MEBO(MEBO group) and 82 such patients treated with traditional treatment(control group).Results the 153 patients in MEBO group achieved obviously better treatment effects compared with the control group in terms of pain relieving,healing time,prevention of scar hyperplasia and etc..Conclusion MEBT and its matching product MEBO have definite efficacy in relieving pain,countering infection, improving microcirculation,inhibiting fibroblast hyperplasia,preventing scar formation after wound healing and etc.as treatingⅡdegree burns and scalds of face and neck.
