高海拔地區(qū)應(yīng)用皮膚原位再生復(fù)原技術(shù)治療電弧光燒傷的臨床分析

摘要: 目的探討高海拔地區(qū)應(yīng)用皮膚原位再生復(fù)原技術(shù)(MEBT/MEBO)治療電弧光燒傷的效果。方法將2006年~2011年在海拔2260 m的高原上住院的燒傷患者中采用MEBT/MEBO治療的138例電弧光燒傷病例資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,對(duì)創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、疼痛感、瘢痕增生情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果皮膚原位再生復(fù)原技術(shù)對(duì)創(chuàng)面止痛效果好,創(chuàng)面無干燥加深,淺Ⅱ度創(chuàng)面平均7 d生理性愈合,深Ⅱ度創(chuàng)面平均22 d生理性愈合,Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面平均36 d愈合且無增生性瘢痕。結(jié)論應(yīng)用皮膚原位再生復(fù)原技術(shù)在高海拔地區(qū)治療電弧光燒傷,治愈率高、致殘率低、方法簡(jiǎn)便易行,適合在高海拔地區(qū)推廣使用。 Objective To investigate the effects of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of electric arc light burns in the high altitude regions.Methods Data of 138 hospitalized patients with arc light burns treated with MEBT/MEBO between 2006 and 2011 in the high altitude(elevation 2260m) region were analyzed retrospectively and the wound healing time, pain scale and scar hyperplasia were evaluated.Results MEBT/MEBO was effective in relieving pain and maintaining the wound moisture without dehydration.SuperficialⅡdegree burn wounds healed in seven days on average by epidermidalization, deepⅡdegree wounds physiologically healed in 22 days on average,andⅢdegree wounds got healed without hypertrophic scars at an average healing time of 36 days.Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is a simple and practicable treatment and suitable to be applied to treat arc light burns in the high altitude regions in that it can achieve a higher curative rate and lower morbidity.
