體表慢性難愈性創(chuàng)面的治療體會(huì)

摘要： 目的探討創(chuàng)瘍貼治療難愈性創(chuàng)面的臨床效果。方法對(duì)35例難愈性創(chuàng)面采用創(chuàng)瘍貼治療,并于創(chuàng)面愈合后進(jìn)行防疤治療,觀察記錄創(chuàng)面愈合效果。結(jié)果 35例創(chuàng)面全部愈合,愈合時(shí)間為10 d～60 d,平均17d,隨訪(fǎng)6～12個(gè)月瘢痕增生不明顯。結(jié)論創(chuàng)瘍貼可作為治療難愈性創(chuàng)面的一種較理想的敷料。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressings in treating refractory wounds.Methods A total of 35 patients with refracton wounds were treated with MKBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing,and after wound healing,sear-prevention treatments were adopted collaboratively.Therapeutic efficacies were observed and recorded. Results All of the 35 wounds healed with a healing time between 10～60 days at an average of 17 days without obvious hyperplastic scarring during the 6～12months follow-up.Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is an ideal dressing lor refractory wounds.
