創(chuàng)瘍貼治療低溫燙傷的療效觀察

摘要： 目的觀察分析應(yīng)用創(chuàng)瘍貼治療低溫燙傷的臨床療效。方法將44例低溫燙傷患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,治療組24例全程應(yīng)用創(chuàng)瘍貼換藥治療,對照組20例全程應(yīng)用硝酸銀軟膏換藥治療,觀察兩組患者創(chuàng)面愈合時間、炎癥反應(yīng)、過敏反應(yīng)及全身不良反應(yīng)等指標(biāo)并作綜合分析。結(jié)果治療組創(chuàng)面平均愈合時間為28.9 d±4.43 d,對照組創(chuàng)面平均愈合時間為35.7 d±2.76 d,治療組的創(chuàng)面愈合時間明顯短于對照組,治療組綜合指標(biāo)評分優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論應(yīng)用創(chuàng)瘍貼治療低溫燙傷能提高治愈率,縮短創(chuàng)面愈合時間,是治療小面積低溫燙傷的理想敷料。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of low temperature scalds.Methods A total of 44 patients of low temperature scalds were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The 24 patients in the treatment group were given the dressing change of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing while the 20 patients in the control group received the dressing change of Silver Nitrate Ointment.The healing time was observed,and inflammatory response,allergy and systemic adverse reactions were evaluated and graded comprehensively. Results The healing time in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group,and the evaluated overall grade in the treatment group was also superior to that of the control group.Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing can improve the curative rate and shorten the healing time of low temperature scalds,and an ideal dressing of treating low temperature scalds with a small size.
