應(yīng)用MEBO治療皮膚軟組織缺損傷臨床報告

摘要： 目的觀察濕潤燒傷膏(MEBO)治療皮膚軟組織缺損傷的臨床效果。方法應(yīng)用回顧性分析、總結(jié)的方法,對2009年10月至2011年6月收治的23例患者的31處皮膚軟組織缺損傷創(chuàng)面,使用MEBO進(jìn)行治療,并收集、記錄、整理和分析治療效果。結(jié)果 23例患者31處皮膚軟組織缺損傷創(chuàng)面全部愈合,愈合時間最短12d,最長43d,平均19.5d±4.3d,愈合后基本無瘢痕形成,感覺和功能恢復(fù)良好。結(jié)論 MEBO治療皮膚軟組織缺損傷,可實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)面皮膚軟組織的再生愈合,臨床效果理想、操作簡單、易于掌握,很適合基層醫(yī)院開展應(yīng)用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of skin soft tissue defect.Methods 23 patients with 31 skin soft tissue defects admitted between Oct.,2009 and June,2011 were treated with MEBO. The therapeutic effects data were collected,recorded,classified and analyzed using a retrospective approach.Results 31 skin soft tissue defects at 23 patients were all cured with the shortest healing time of 12 days,the longest of 43 days and the average healing time of 19.5d±4.3d.The defects healed basically without scar formation and with well sensation and function. Conclusion The regenerative healing of skin soft tissue defect could be achieved with MEBO treatment which has the clinical advantages of easy manipulation and operation.This treatment deserves to be applied extensively in the primary hospitals.
