應(yīng)用MEBT/MEBO治療顏面部皮膚擦挫傷體會(huì)

摘要： 目的觀察燒傷濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)(MEBT/MEBO)治療顏面部皮膚擦挫傷的臨床效果。方法自2005年8月至2010年9月,共治療顏面部皮膚擦挫傷128例,其中采用MEBT/MEBO治療(治療組)68例,傳統(tǒng)清創(chuàng)后使用阿米卡星洗劑治療(對(duì)照組)60例。結(jié)果治療組68例21d內(nèi)全部愈合;對(duì)照組60例21d內(nèi)愈合55例,其余5例在Ⅱ期清創(chuàng)后改用MEBT/MEBO治療,創(chuàng)面于傷后30d～40d內(nèi)愈合,治療組效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論 MEBT/MEBO治療顏面部皮膚擦挫傷,具有疼痛輕,愈后瘢痕少,治療周期短等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是治療顏面部皮膚擦挫傷的首選藥。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating facial scratch and bruise injuries. Methods The study enlisted total of 128 patients with facial scratch and bruise injuries from August,2005 to September 2010.Of which,68 were treated by MEBT/MEBO as the treatment group while the other 60 cases,as control group, were treated with Amikacin solution after conventional debridement.Results 68 cases in treatment group were all cured within 21 days while in control group,55 of 60 cases cured in 21 days,and the other 5 cases changed to MEBT/MEBO treatment after phaseⅡdebridement and cured 30～40 days after injury.The therapeutic effect of treatment group is superior to that of control group.Conclusion With the advantages of slight pain,little scar formation and short treatment course, MEBT/MEBO treatment is the first choice with significant efficacy for treating facial scratch and bruise injuries
