美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼治療慢性潰瘍的臨床觀察

摘要： 目的探討慢性潰瘍的治療方法。方法對(duì)45例慢性潰瘍患者共48個(gè)創(chuàng)面應(yīng)用美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼治療,將相同個(gè)體治療前后的創(chuàng)面情況進(jìn)行比較,記錄癥狀改善狀況及創(chuàng)面的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,以創(chuàng)面自體皮膚修復(fù)為愈合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),統(tǒng)計(jì)愈合情況并進(jìn)對(duì)比、總結(jié)。結(jié)果美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼具有良好的止痛、促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合的作用,愈合時(shí)間明顯縮短。結(jié)論美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼是治療慢性潰瘍的理想敷料。
Objective Explore the treatment measures of chronic ulcers.Methods Apply MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing to a total of 45 patients with 48 ulcers,compare the individual wound before and alter treatment,record the signs of improvement and wound conditions,and summarize and compare the result of wound healing statistically based on the standard of autologous skin repair.Result MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is markedly better in relieving pain and shortening the time of wound healing than conventional therapy.Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is ideal for chronic ulcers.
