濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)治療燒傷感染創(chuàng)面

摘要： 目的探討濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)治療燒傷感染創(chuàng)面的療設(shè)。方法 2008年10月12日至2010年7月20日,對(duì)230例燒傷感染創(chuàng)面采用濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)治療。結(jié)果 207感染創(chuàng)面自行愈合,15例經(jīng)換藥治療后行植皮治愈,另8例行皮瓣轉(zhuǎn)移治愈。結(jié)論燒傷濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)可加快燒傷感染創(chuàng)面壞死組織脫落,控制感染,促進(jìn)肉芽組織生長(zhǎng)和皮膚再上皮化
Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of infected burn wound. Methods From Oct.12,2008 to Jul.20,2010,230 patients with infected burn wound received MEBT/MEBO. Results A total of 207 wounds healed,15 healed after skin transplantation,8 healed after skin flap transfer.Conclusion MEBT/MEBO can accelerate falling off of necrotic tissue,control infection,promote granulation tissue growth and skin reepithlialization.
