皮膚原位再生復原技術治療電弧光燒傷創(chuàng)面的臨床體會

摘要： 目的總結我院治療電弧光燒傷的臨床經驗,提高其治療水平。方法采用皮膚原位再生復原技術處理191例電弧光燒傷創(chuàng)面,以創(chuàng)面愈合情況來評定臨床療效。結果 191例電弧光燒傷患者的創(chuàng)面全部自行愈合。結論皮膚原位再生復原技術治療電弧光燒傷創(chuàng)面可促進創(chuàng)面愈合,減少瘢痕形成,縮短住院時間,是治療電弧光燒傷的理想方法之一。
Objective Summarize the clinical experience of electrical burn treatment in our hospital in order to improve the therapeutic effects.Methods Adopt skin regenerative therapy in the treatment of 191 cases of electrical burn, evaluate clinical efficacy based on status of wound healing.Results The 191 cases of electrical burn wounds all healed. Conclusion Skin regenerative therapy is an ideal approach for the treatment of electrical burn since it promotes wound healing,reduces scar formation,and shortens the time of hospitalization.
