MEBT/MEBO治療成批氫氣球爆炸致頭面部深度燒傷的臨床分析

摘要： 目的總結(jié)燒傷濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)(MEBT/MEBO)在突發(fā)性氫氣球爆炸事故導(dǎo)致成批頭面部深度燒傷中的治療經(jīng)驗。方法將我在2004年1月氫氣球爆炸事故中對42例成批頭面部深度燒傷患者的救治過程進行總結(jié)。在搶救現(xiàn)場及時應(yīng)用MEBT/MEBO治療燒傷創(chuàng)面,為后期治療打下基礎(chǔ),住院后系統(tǒng)規(guī)范治療燒傷創(chuàng)面,局部用藥和全身系統(tǒng)治療相結(jié)合,以臨床觀察和結(jié)合患者自覺癥狀評價療效結(jié)果42例頭面部深度燒傷患者全部治愈,隨訪6個月,無明顯的色素沉著,無瘢痕增生及功能障礙。結(jié)論對于成批頭面部深度燒傷患者應(yīng)盡早應(yīng)用燒傷濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)(MEBT/MEBO)治療。
Objective To summarize the experience of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of accidental balloon explosion induced severe head and facial burn.Methods Summarize the course of treatment of 42 patients with severe head and facial burn in the accident of balloon explosion in January 2004.Timely use of MEBT/MEBO in the scene set the stage for later treatment.Standardized treatment of burn wound was carried out after hospitalization,with local drug therapy combined with systemic treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated based on clinical observation and subjective symptoms.Results The 42 patients with severe head and facial burn were all cured with no obvious pigmentation,scar hypertrophy and dysfunction at 6 months follow up.Conclusion Patients with severe head and facial burn should receive MEBT/MEBO treatment as early as possible.
