MEBO治療大面積感染創(chuàng)面臨床觀察

摘要： 目的回顧性總結(jié)MEBO治療大面積感染創(chuàng)面的臨床效果及其臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法自2008年10月至2010年4月間,我科收治12例大面積感染創(chuàng)面患者,采用創(chuàng)面外涂MEBO,加強(qiáng)全身營養(yǎng)支持,抗感染,保護(hù)臟器功能,肉芽組織明顯增生后刃厚皮片植皮等治療。結(jié)果 12例患者18處創(chuàng)面應(yīng)用MEBO治療后感染癥狀逐漸消失,新生肉芽組織新鮮。結(jié)論 MEBO治療大面積感染創(chuàng)面可以明顯控制感染,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合,減輕工作量。
Objective To retrospectively summarize the clinical efficacy and practical value of MEBO ointment in the treatment of extensively infected wound surface.Methods 12 cases with extensively infected wound were admitted from October 2008 to April 2010.MEBO ointment was used in local treatment together with enhancing systematical nutritional support,anti - infection therapy,protection of organ function and epidermal skin grafting after obvious growth of granulation tissues.Results The infectious sings gradually disappeared after the application of MEBO ointment on totally 18 wounds in 12 cases with growth of fresh granulation tissue.Conclusion MEBO ointment in the treatment of extensively infected wounds can apparently control the infection,promote the wound healing and decrease the work load of health care providers.
