慢性心力衰竭急性加重伴2型糖尿病腎功能不全患者應(yīng)用糖皮質(zhì)激素的臨床分析

摘要： 目的探討糖皮質(zhì)激素對(duì)于慢性充血性心力衰竭急性加重伴2型糖尿病腎功能不全患者的治療效果。方法慢性心力衰竭急性加重伴2型糖尿病腎功能不全患者13例在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用糖皮質(zhì)激素治療。結(jié)果加用糖皮質(zhì)激素治療后,13例患者臨床癥狀均好轉(zhuǎn),心功能改善,腎功能改善,血肌酐下降,腎小球?yàn)V過(guò)率升高。結(jié)論慢性心力衰竭急性加重伴2型糖尿病腎功能不全患者在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用糖皮質(zhì)激素治療,腎功能可得到明顯改善。
Objective To determine the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid on patients with acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure,type 2 diabetes and renal insufficiency.Methods Prednisone was used in addition to traditional treatment in 13 patients with acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure,type 2 diabetes and renal insufficiency.Results Prednisone dramatically improved patients ' symptoms,clinical status,heart function and renal function ( i.e.the glomerular filtration rate). Conclusion In patients with acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure,type 2 diabetes and renal insufficiency,glucocorticoid treatment could remarkably improve the renal function.
