腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療急性膽囊炎256例療效分析

摘要： 目的探討腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療急性膽囊炎患者的臨床療效。方法回顧性分析256例急性膽囊炎患者采用腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療的臨床效果資料,并與早期的200例傳統(tǒng)開腹手術治療的急性膽囊炎患者的臨床治療效果做比較。結果治療組手術時間78.4±26.9分鐘,對照組手術時間116.6±42.4分鐘;治療組住院時間6.2±2.5天,對照組住院時間9.8±4.6天;差異具有顯著性。與傳統(tǒng)手術治療相比,腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療急性膽囊炎患者的術后并發(fā)癥大大降低。結論在嚴格掌握適應證的基礎上,腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療急性膽囊炎是安全和有效的。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of patients with acute cholecystitis treat by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical efficacy data of 256 cases with acute cholecystitis underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed.And make it compare with clinical efficacy data of 200 cases with acute cholecystitis underwent open cholecystectomy before this time.Results The operation time and length of stay of treatment group were 78.4 ±26.9 minutes and 6.2 ±2.5 days,and the peration time and length of stay of control group were 116.6 ±42.4 minutes and 9.8 ±4.6 days.There are significant difference between two groups.There are lower ratio of postoperative complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy than open cholecystectomy.Conclusion Base on prehensioning laparoscopic cholecystectomy indicatio,it can be a safety and effective method for acute cholecystitis.
