超聲造影對急性胰腺斷裂傷分級與手術(shù)結(jié)果對照實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

摘要： 目的通過與手術(shù)結(jié)果對照,對急性胰腺斷裂傷超聲造影分級進(jìn)行初步探討。方法 7只小型豬,建立不同程度胰腺斷裂傷模型,進(jìn)行超聲造影(CEUS)檢查及手術(shù)探查,將超聲造影分級結(jié)果與手術(shù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對照研究。結(jié)果與手術(shù)結(jié)果對照,CEUS對急性胰腺斷裂傷分級符合率為96.7%(29/30),二者一致性好(P=0.000)。結(jié)論急性胰腺裂傷CEUS分級與手術(shù)結(jié)果一致性好(Kappa value=0.955,P=0.000),可較準(zhǔn)確地反應(yīng)急性胰腺裂傷程度,對傷情分類、指導(dǎo)進(jìn)一步檢查有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
Objective To compare acute pancreatic laceration grading by contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) with operation results.Methods Pancreatic traumatic model was set up in seven healthy pigs.All lacerations underwent CEUS examination and operations research.The lacerations were classified with a four-point CEUS-based grading system.The CEUS laceration grades were compared with surgical findings.Results The coincidence of CEUS acute pancreatic laceration grading compared with surgical findings was 96.7% (29/30) which had good grading concordance (Kappa value = 0.955,P = 0.000).Conclusions Grading may accurately reflect thely degree of acute pancreatic laceration. It is helpful in classifying traumatic condition and in structing further examination.
