聚焦超聲治療不同部位慢性軟組織損傷的比較

摘要： 目的比較聚焦超聲治療不同部位慢性軟組織損傷的安全性和有效性。方法入選186例慢性軟組織損傷患者,根據(jù)不同病變部位分為4組:肩頸部54例,背部42例,腰骶部49例,四肢41例。進行聚焦超聲治療,每天1次共治療10次。完成治療后于30 min、3 d、7 d、14 d以及21 d行療效評價,評價指標包括疼痛和關(guān)節(jié)活動功能障礙。結(jié)果聚焦超聲對不同損傷部位治療都取得了滿意的即刻療效和良好的持續(xù)療效,但腰骶部的治療后3 d和以后的總有效率均低于其他部位(P<0.05),治療中患者順應(yīng)性良好。治療后僅2例肩頸部疼痛患者發(fā)生輕微副反應(yīng),其余各組未見副反應(yīng)。肩頸部治療的副反應(yīng)率高于其它各組(P<0.05),總副反應(yīng)率為1.1%。結(jié)論聚焦超聲治療慢性軟組織損傷是有效和安全的,聚焦超聲治療不同部位慢性軟組織損傷的安全性和有效性存在一定的差異。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury in different parts.Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients with chronic soft tissue injury were divided into four groups as follows:54 cases with neck and shoulder problems,42 cases with back problems,49 cases with lumbar problems and 41 cases with extremities problems.Patients received focused ultrasound therapy once a day for 10 days.The efficacy and safety of the treatment were evaluated at different time points post-treatment:30min,3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days.The efficacy indices included localized pain and limitation of movement.Results All patients showed an immediate satisfied improvement and a satisfied sustained effect.But the efficacy rate of the therapy for the lumbar problems was significantly lower than that in the other three groups 3 days post-treatment (P<0.05) and patients experienced good compliance.Two patients with neck and shoulder problems had mild side effect(1.1% of total patients).The side-effect rate of the therapy in neck and shoulder problems was higher than that in the other groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Focused ultrasound in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury is safe and effective. There are some safety and efficacy differences in the therapy of different lesions with focused ultrasound.
