彩色多普勒超聲在慢性腎功能衰竭患者動(dòng)靜脈內(nèi)瘺并發(fā)癥中的應(yīng)用

摘要： 目的探討彩色多普勒超聲在慢性腎衰患者動(dòng)靜脈內(nèi)瘺并發(fā)癥中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法使用彩色多普勒超聲診斷儀診斷8例動(dòng)靜脈內(nèi)瘺并發(fā)癥患者。結(jié)果 8例動(dòng)靜脈內(nèi)瘺患者中6例靜脈側(cè)血栓形成,2例靜脈側(cè)狹窄。結(jié)論彩色多普勒超聲檢查可快速準(zhǔn)確診斷建立動(dòng)靜脈內(nèi)瘺的慢性腎功能衰竭患者低血流量原因,從而為臨床及時(shí)治療提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
Objective To investigate color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of complications of autogenous arteriovenous fistula. Methods Eight patients were diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasonography. Results Six cases were with thrombus in the vein, and two were narrow in the vein. Conclusions Ultrasonography can diagnose complications of autogenous arteriovenous fistula quickly and correctly.
