美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼對(duì)急慢性皮膚損傷創(chuàng)面的影響

摘要： 目的:觀察美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼對(duì)急慢性皮膚損傷創(chuàng)面的影響。方法:患者入院后遵醫(yī)囑分別給予預(yù)防感染、抗炎、抗過(guò)敏治療,并加強(qiáng)營(yíng)養(yǎng),給予必要的對(duì)癥支持治療;按要求對(duì)各種創(chuàng)面進(jìn)行處理后,根據(jù)無(wú)菌技術(shù)操作原則將美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼直接貼敷于創(chuàng)面上,觀察創(chuàng)面的愈合時(shí)間。結(jié)果:105例急慢性皮膚損傷患者創(chuàng)面完全愈合,創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間縮短,未留瘢痕組織。結(jié)論:美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼是目前治療急慢性皮膚損傷的理想敷料,可預(yù)防和減少瘢痕組織的形成,是一種安全可靠,操作簡(jiǎn)單方便,價(jià)廉物美的外用敷料。
Objective:To observe the effect of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in treating acute and chronic skin injury.Method:The hospitalized patients following doctor's advice were given necessary symptomatic treatment,e.g. preventing infection,anti - inflammatory,anti - anaphylaxis and strengthening nutrition et al.Meanwhile,debridement of all types of the wound was made,then MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing was applied to the wound on basis of principle of aseptic technique operation.The wound healing time was observed.Result:105 cases of patients with acute and chronic skin injury were cured.The wound healing time was shortened.No scar formation was observed.Conclusion:Nowadays, MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is an ideal dressing to treat acute and chronic skin injury,which can prevent and reduce scar formation.So it is safe,simple,easy to operation and a good and cheap medical dressing.
