MEBT/MEBO治療面部燒傷近期療效觀察

摘要： 目的:觀察燒傷濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)(MEBT/MEBO)對(duì)面部燒傷患者的治療效果。方法:運(yùn)用MEBT/MEBO規(guī)范換藥治療86例面部燒傷患者,同時(shí)根據(jù)病情予以抗休克、抗感染、對(duì)癥治療及營養(yǎng)支持等全身綜合治療。結(jié)果:86例面部燒傷患者全部治愈,除2例深Ⅲ度有輕微瘢痕外,其余患者均為無瘢痕愈合。結(jié)論:MEBT/MEBO治療面部燒傷效果顯著。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating facial burn.Method:86 patients with facial burns were treated with standard MEBT/MEBO dressing care.Meanwhile,system treatment including anti - shock, anti - infection,symptomatic treatment and nutrition support et al were conducted.Result:All 86 cases of patients healed. Except 2 cases of deepⅢburn with light scar,the rest healed without scar formation.Conclusion:MEBT/MEBO has obvious effect in treating facial burn.
