美寶濕潤燒傷膏治療低熱源燙傷的體會

摘要： 目的:總結低熱源燙傷的臨床特點和有效治療方法。方法:對作者在2007年～2009年期間治療的38例低熱源燙傷病歷資料進行回顧性總結。結果:本院采用燒傷濕性醫(yī)療技術治療病例21例,均自行愈合,未發(fā)生局部或全身感染;外院采用傳統(tǒng)外科換藥方法治療17例,愈合時間延長,且有瘢痕增生。結論:低熱源燙傷具有損傷面積小,深度偏深等特點,采用MEBT/MEBO治療,可促進創(chuàng)面愈合。
Objective:To summarize clinical features and effective methods of treating scald caused by lower heating source.Method:Retrospective summarization was made for 38 cases of lower heating source scald,who hospitalized from 2007 to 2009 in the hospital.Result:21 cases treated with MEBT/MEBO were cured.No local or general infection was observed.Other 17 cases received conventional surgical dressing care in other hospital had longer healing time and scar formation.Conclusion:Lower heating scald has some features including smaller size but deeper depth.MEBT/MEBO is suitable to treat them due to its advantage of promoting wound healing.
