95例大面積深度燒傷殘余創(chuàng)面治療臨床分析

摘要： 目的:探討大面積深度燒傷后期殘余創(chuàng)面應用濕潤燒傷膏(MEBO)治療的臨床效果。方法:對我院2003年3月～2007年3月收治的95例大面積深度燒傷患者殘余創(chuàng)面應用MEBO治療,創(chuàng)面外涂MEBO,厚1mm～2mm,每4小時換藥1次,同時加強營養(yǎng)支持等措施治療。結果:95例患者中,92例殘余創(chuàng)面均在3周內愈合,另3例應用MEBO治療后,創(chuàng)面縮小,每例殘余創(chuàng)面面積均在5%TBSA以上,經郵票植皮后治愈,隨訪6個月～12個月,愈合創(chuàng)面無明顯瘢痕增生、攣縮,功能恢復較好。結論:大面積深度燒傷殘余創(chuàng)面應用MEBO治療,方法簡單,治療效果良好,MEBO可促進殘余創(chuàng)面愈合。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of MEBO ointment in treating residual wounds of extensive deep burns in the later stage.Method:95 cases of severe burn patients with residue wounds of extensive deep burns in the later stage were collected from Mar.2003 to Mar.2007.1mm～2mm thickness of MEBO ointment was applied to the wounds every 4h.Meanwhile,strengthening nutrition was made.Result:Of 95 cases,92 cases healed in 3 weeks.The rest 3 cases, whose residual wounds were more than 5%TBSA,were cured by stamp grafting after MEBO treatment reducing the wounds size.After 6～12 months of following - up,healed wound sites showed function performance well,and no obviously scar formation and contracture observed.Conclusion:MEBO Ointment has a good effect in treating residual wounds of extensive deep burns since it promotes wound healing and is easy to operation.
