燒傷再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)治療深度燒傷創(chuàng)面的療效觀察

摘要： 目的:觀察燒傷再生療法(MEBT/MEBO)對(duì)深度燒傷創(chuàng)面的近期治療效果。方法:對(duì)145例不同部位的深Ⅱ度～淺Ⅲ度燒傷創(chuàng)面的臨床資料進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果:145例患者創(chuàng)面全部自行愈合,深Ⅱ度無(wú)瘢痕形成;淺Ⅲ度有輕度瘢痕形成,無(wú)功能障礙。結(jié)論:MEBT/MEBO能促進(jìn)深度燒傷創(chuàng)面愈合,操作簡(jiǎn)便,療效顯著。
Objective:To observe short - term effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating deep burn wounds.Method: Clinical data of treating 145 patients with deepⅡdegree to shallowⅢdeep burn in different body's part were summarized and analyzed.Result:All of 145 cases were cured.No scar formation was observed for deepⅡdegree burn.Only light scars but no dysfunction for shallowⅢdeep burn were observed.Conclusion:MEBT/MEBO in treating deep burn wounds has some advantages including promoting deep wounds healing,easy to operation and obviously effect.
