原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)對深度燒傷創(chuàng)面的治療作用

摘要： 目的:觀察運(yùn)用原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)對局部深度燒傷創(chuàng)面治療的效果。方法:對燒傷創(chuàng)面采用ME-BO治療,為創(chuàng)面創(chuàng)造生理性濕潤環(huán)境,祛腐生肌,使淺Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面生理性愈合,為深Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面植皮創(chuàng)造良好條件。結(jié)果:43例淺Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面生理性愈合,15例深Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面中6例為小面積燒傷,亦生理性愈合,9例手術(shù)植皮封閉創(chuàng)面,愈合創(chuàng)面瘢痕較輕,松軟,無功能障礙。結(jié)論:原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)對局部深度燒傷創(chuàng)面治療效果好,痛苦小,費(fèi)用低,方法簡單實(shí)用。
Objective:To observe effect of Skin regenerative restoration therapy in situ in treating local deep burn wounds.Method:MEBO ointment was used to create moist environment,to eliminate necrotic tissue and to promote tissue regeneration so that resulted in physiological healing of shallowⅢdegree burn wound and provided good conditions for skin grafting in deepⅢdegree burn wound treatment.Result:43 cases of shallowⅢdegree burn wound reached to psychological healing.All of 15 cases with deepⅢdegree burns,6 cases of small area burn also reached to psychological healing, the rest of 9 cases were conducted skin grafting,but healed wounds with only soft and light scar and no dysfunction observed. Conclusion:Skin regenerative restoration therapy in situ has good effect to treat local deep burn wounds.It is a less pain,lower cost and simple method.
