燒傷爆震傷致肺損傷CT征象分析

摘要： 目的:探討燒傷爆震傷致肺損傷的CT特征,協(xié)助臨床診斷治療。方法:回顧分析14例燒傷爆震傷致肺損傷的CT表現(xiàn),對(duì)該病生理及影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)討論。結(jié)果:14例患者均出現(xiàn)肺損傷,共累及34個(gè)肺葉,12例雙肺呈斑片狀影,單側(cè)受累2例,累及雙肺者均呈多葉分布,其中7例出現(xiàn)少量胸腔積液。結(jié)論:燒傷爆震傷易引起肺部沖擊傷,從而導(dǎo)致肺損傷,臨床治療應(yīng)注意肺功能的維持,保持氣道通暢,在條件允許情況下應(yīng)盡早行胸部CT檢查。
Objective:To explore CT manifestations features of lung injury caused by bum and blast injury so as to assist clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:CT signs of 14 cases of lung injury caused by burn and blast injury were analyzed retrospectively.Then,physiological and imaging manifestations were summarized and discussed.Results:All Of 14 patients were founded lung injury,which involved in 34 lobes of lung.Of 14 cases,12 showed patchy shadow of multiple lobes of bilateral lungs,7 cases in which appeared a small amount of pleural effusion.The rest 2 cases appeared unilateral lung injury.Conclusions:Burn and blast injury often causes blast injury in lung,that results in lung injury.It is necessary to maintain normal lung function,to keep airway patency and to follow A,B and C resuscitation protocols during clinical treatment of lung injury.
