燒傷后瘢痕治療領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展

摘要： 本文對(duì)燒傷后瘢痕形成的因素及病理機(jī)制進(jìn)行了綜述,指出燒傷后瘢痕組織是由膠原纖維和基質(zhì)、成纖維細(xì)胞及局部粘多糖沉積所形成。在綜合了常見瘢痕類型的基礎(chǔ)上,從西醫(yī)和中醫(yī)角度分析了燒傷后瘢痕治療的研究探索和臨床療效,并提出在目前瘢痕治療領(lǐng)域中,以西醫(yī)理論為指導(dǎo),以中西醫(yī)結(jié)合為主的療法是今后發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。
Objective:The article is a review of causes and pathological mechanism of post -burn scar formation. Post - burn scar tissue formed by aggradation of collagen fiber,matrix,fibroblast and local mucopolysaccharide.On the basis of summarizing scar types,treatment method and clinical effect of post - burn scar was reviewed and discussed in the point of view of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is proposed that trend of development of scar treatment is Western Medicine used as theory guidance and TCM - WM used as main method of the treatment.
