應用濕性醫(yī)療技術治療手指末節(jié)損傷26例總結

摘要： 目的:探索應用濕性醫(yī)療技術治療手指末節(jié)損傷的臨床經驗。方法:本組26例患者全部進行早期輕柔清創(chuàng),保留患指皮膚、骨和手指長度,局部應用濕潤燒傷膏換藥治療。結果:局部無感染,痊愈后患指縮短不明顯,無明顯功能障礙。結論:患指末節(jié)保留,清創(chuàng)后創(chuàng)面應用濕潤燒傷膏外涂治療可促進患指的愈合及局部再生。
Objective:To share the experience of treating distal finger injury with MEBT/MEBO.Method:All of 26 cases were treated with gentle debridement,retaining injured finger skin,bone and finger length as far as possible and then applied MEBO ointment as topical drug.Results:No infection of injured finger was found.The injured finger healed without obviously shortening and dysfunction.Conclusion:MEBO ointment can promote injured finger healing and local regeneration after retaining distal finger of injured finger as far as possible and debridement.
