濕性療法治療口腔電弧燒傷60例

摘要： 目的:觀察濕性療法治療口腔電弧燒傷的臨床療效。方法:對我院5年來收治的60例口腔電弧燒傷患者全程規(guī)范應(yīng)用濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)進(jìn)行治療。結(jié)果:60例患者全部治愈,創(chuàng)面愈合時間最短5天,最長30天,無1例感染,創(chuàng)面均達(dá)到生理性愈合,無功能障礙。結(jié)論:濕性療法打破了傳統(tǒng)的干性治療無法用藥的缺陷,且具有祛腐生肌、促進(jìn)口腔創(chuàng)面愈合、減少瘢痕增生之功效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating oral burn caused by arc.Method: 60 cases of oral burn caused by arc were treated with MEBT/MEBO in the whole course during last 5years.Results:All of 60 cases healed with healing time 5-30 days.And all wounds reached to physiological healing without infection and dysfunction. Conclusion:MEBT/MEBO can eliminate necrotic tissue,promote tissue regeneration and reduce scar formation.
