MEBO治療老年燒傷臨床體會

摘要： 目的:觀察MEBO治療老年燒傷創(chuàng)面的臨床療效。方法:局部應用MEBO外涂,及時清除壞死組織,充分引流,加強全身營養(yǎng)支持,抗感染,保護臟器功能,提高自身免疫力等綜合措施治療。結(jié)果:80例患者的平均年齡為73.3歲,燒傷面積10%TBSA～40%TBSA,創(chuàng)面預期愈合,無明顯功能障礙。結(jié)論:MEB0治療老年燒傷可緩解疼痛,預防感染。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating senile burn cases with MEBO Ointment.Method: Besides applying MEBO Ointment topically,the systemic measures were also taken including removing necrotic tissue timely, adequate drainage,enhancing nutritional support of whole body,anti-infection,protecting organ function and enhancing immunity etc.Results:80 cases with 73.3 years old of average age and 10%TBSA～40%TBSA of burn area,all healed without obviously dysfunction.Conclusion:MEBO Ointment to treat senile burn cases can relieve the pain and prevent infection.
