南京軍區(qū)“醫(yī)云工程”建設(shè)中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析與管控

摘要： 目的:通過(guò)分析"醫(yī)云工程"在軍區(qū)醫(yī)院整體發(fā)展、數(shù)據(jù)安全、醫(yī)療行為和日常運(yùn)維中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,提出相應(yīng)措施和解決辦法,降低工程建設(shè)中的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法:結(jié)合軍區(qū)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)實(shí)際,充分分析"醫(yī)云工程"建設(shè)特點(diǎn)和實(shí)施方法,研究云計(jì)算技術(shù)的應(yīng)用可能給軍區(qū)醫(yī)院在信息管理、醫(yī)療行為等方面帶來(lái)的影響。結(jié)果:應(yīng)用云計(jì)算在增強(qiáng)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)能力的同時(shí),應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)措施降低軍區(qū)醫(yī)院在整體發(fā)展、數(shù)據(jù)安全、醫(yī)療行為和日常運(yùn)維中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)論:通過(guò)采取加大統(tǒng)籌力度、突出數(shù)據(jù)安全、建立應(yīng)急機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化技術(shù)保障等方法舉措,能夠減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高并優(yōu)化軍區(qū)醫(yī)院基于云計(jì)算的醫(yī)療信息服務(wù)保障能力。
Objective:Through the analysis of the risk factors in overall development,data safety,medical behavior and daily operation of Medical Cloud Project in military hospital,the corresponding measures and solutions are proposed to reduce the safety risks in the project construction.Method:Combining the actual situation of information construction of the military hospital,the construction characteristics and implement method of Medical Cloud Project are fully analyzed.The possible impact of the application of cloud computing technology on information management,medical behavior and other aspects in military hospital is studied.Results: While cloud computing is used to improve the hospital' s ability of information construction,appropriate measures shall be taken to reduce the risks of the military hospital in overall development,data safety,the medical behavior and daily operation.Conclusion: By strengthening overall planning,highlighting data safety,establishing emergency mechanism,strengthening methods of technical guarantee and using other methods,risks can be reduced,and the military hospital' s medical information service guarantee ability based on cloud computing can be improved and optimized.
