全軍醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)集成與信息共享平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制研究

摘要： 針對我國醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)分散、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一、系統(tǒng)異構(gòu)等特點(diǎn),如何有效實(shí)現(xiàn)"醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體"之間的衛(wèi)生信息資源互聯(lián)互通是我國區(qū)域醫(yī)療信息化建設(shè)所面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)合"全軍醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)集成與信息共享平臺"建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,將平臺建設(shè)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及其中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性分析。該平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)了相關(guān)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)間的無侵入式輕便集成及衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療資源的充分共享,在理論和實(shí)踐上均對我國大規(guī)模開展區(qū)域醫(yī)療信息化建設(shè)具有一定的借鑒意義。
In view of the medical information system construction features as "decentralized","no unified standards" and "heterogeneous systems",how to effectively achieve interoperability of health information resources between "medical associations" is the major challenge that regional health information system construction faces.This paper introduces "The Army Medical Data Integration and Information Sharing Platform" and gives systematic analysis of the platform architecture and key technologies.The platform implements "non-invasive" lightweight systems integration and full sharing of health care resources between medical institutions,which could be significant on China's large-scale regional health information system constniction both in theory and practice.
