南京軍區(qū)“醫(yī)云工程”建設(shè)需求分析

摘要： 目的:分析基于云計(jì)算的數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)需求,為制定"醫(yī)云工程"實(shí)施方案提供參考。方法:采用傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)與云計(jì)算技術(shù)架構(gòu)的建設(shè)模式相對(duì)照,從數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)實(shí)際需要出發(fā),提出基于云計(jì)算的數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)目標(biāo)任務(wù)。結(jié)果:構(gòu)建基于云計(jì)算技術(shù)架構(gòu)的平臺(tái)統(tǒng)一部署、資源按需配置、系統(tǒng)高度安全的動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)中心;集中部署虛擬桌面系統(tǒng),在管理上實(shí)現(xiàn)零距離的"5A"特性,在臨床上滿(mǎn)足無(wú)差錯(cuò)的"5R"要求;轉(zhuǎn)變醫(yī)療信息應(yīng)用模式,滿(mǎn)足海量數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)、瞬時(shí)高速網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、瞬時(shí)超強(qiáng)度計(jì)算能力的要求;創(chuàng)新信息平臺(tái)集中式管理、零停機(jī)維護(hù)、快捷化響應(yīng)的新方法,保證業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的連續(xù)性;培養(yǎng)由復(fù)合型、專(zhuān)業(yè)化、實(shí)用性等人才組成的高素質(zhì)信息人才隊(duì)伍,以?xún)?yōu)秀人才推動(dòng)工程建設(shè)。結(jié)論:推行基于云計(jì)算的數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè),是實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)型轉(zhuǎn)變的生動(dòng)實(shí)踐,將使數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)走出困境,搶占制高點(diǎn),有效提升醫(yī)院信息化內(nèi)涵建設(shè)。
Objective:through analyzing the constniction demand of digital hospital based-on cloud computing,provide references to make implementation plan for medical cloud project.Methods:by comparing traditional hospital information construction and the mode of cloud computing technical architecture,and from the actual demand of digital hospital construction,submit the constniction targets of digital hospital based-on cloud computing.Results:construct dynamic data center for the platform basedon cloud computing technical architecture,which adopts uniform deployment,allocation according to requirements and highly safe system;centrally arrange virtual desktop,realize zero distance 5A characteristics on management,and fulfill error-free 5R requirements clinically;change the application mode of medical treatment information,and satisfy the requirements of massive data storage access, instant high-speed network transmission,instant supercomputing ability;innovate new methods for centralized management,zero downtime maintenance,and quick responds for infonnation platform,and guarantee the continuity of business system;cultivate high-quality infonnation team composing composite professional,and practical talents,and push the project constniction with outstanding talents.Conclusions:the construction of digital hospital based-on cloud computing is a lively practice for the transition of digital hospital constniction,which can help the constniction of digital hospital out of dilemma,control a commanding height and efficiently improve the hospital information constniction inwards.
