摘要： 詳細(xì)介紹了療養(yǎng)院體檢服務(wù)滿意度評價系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目的、設(shè)計方法和主要實現(xiàn)功能。該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,使體檢人員的意見得到及時反饋,有助于管理者對各科室及員工的服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)和存在問題進(jìn)行判斷總結(jié),從而促進(jìn)療養(yǎng)院體檢服務(wù)質(zhì)量水平的進(jìn)一步提高。
This paper introduces the purpose,methods and main functions of the medical examination service satisfaction evaluation system of military sanatorium.This system can help manager to determine and summarize the service level including problems of all departments and their staff.Thereby the service quality of sanatorium was farther promoted.
