軍隊人員電子健康檔案的總體框架設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

摘要： 軍人電子健康檔案是廣大官兵享有均等化公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的重要體現(xiàn),詳細(xì)介紹了軍人電子健康檔案的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、需求模型以及建設(shè)目標(biāo)和主要功能,并總結(jié)了軍區(qū)應(yīng)用電子健康檔案的初步成效,旨在為軍隊電子健康檔案建設(shè)提供參考。
Electronic health record for military personnel is an important manifestation for military personnel to receive equal public health services.It discussed in detail the systemic frame,technical standards,demand model,construction objectives and main functions of electronic health record for military personnel,and summarized the achievements of electronic health record application in Beijing area to provide references for the construction of military electronic health record.
