軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院經(jīng)費(fèi)物資管理信息化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)與思考

摘要： 以軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院經(jīng)費(fèi)物資管理的現(xiàn)狀為背景,介紹了軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院經(jīng)費(fèi)物資管理信息化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則、系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和業(yè)務(wù)流程,分析了搭建經(jīng)費(fèi)物資管理信息化系統(tǒng)所取得的實(shí)際效果,闡述了我院如何依托信息化的手段實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)費(fèi)流、物資流和信息流三位一體的全程監(jiān)督管理。
Taking the current status of bankroll and material management in military hospital as the background,it introduces the design principle,system feature,and business process,analyzes the practical effect by building bankroll and material management information system,and expatriates how the hospital realizes the entire three dimensional supervision and control management,namely,bankroll flow,material flow,and information flow,by relying on the information means.
