軍隊醫(yī)院統(tǒng)計信息集成與管理決策支持系統(tǒng)

摘要： 信息資源的開發(fā)利用是信息化建設的出發(fā)點和落腳點,長期以來我國各個領域在信息化建設過程中,普遍存在著對此關注不足,導致信息資源開發(fā)利用明顯滯后于網(wǎng)絡基礎建設和應用系統(tǒng)建設,制約了信息資源作用的發(fā)揮。解放軍總醫(yī)院研究建立的"統(tǒng)計信息集成與決策支持系統(tǒng)",有效解決了信息資源持續(xù)增長與管理決策利用匱乏間的矛盾。
Information resource development and utility is the beginning and ending.At the beginning of information establishing about every domain in our country,there was little attention about it.So information resource development and utility was later than Network basic foundation and application system,which restricted the important role of information resource.Through studying and establishing statistical information integration and management decision supporting system basing Operational Data Store,solve the contradiction between information resource increasing and management decision utility in General Hospital of PLA.
