軍人電子健康檔案的總體設(shè)計與建設(shè)實踐

摘要： 介紹了醫(yī)院結(jié)合醫(yī)療體制改革和總參一體化醫(yī)療服務(wù)建設(shè)所進(jìn)行的軍人電子健康檔案建設(shè)的情況,分析了項目實施過程中面臨的技術(shù)難題和解決方案,總結(jié)了健康檔案建設(shè)存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
The paper introduces the hospital construction condition of the military electronic health record which responses to medical system reform and the integration medical service of General Staff Headquarters,introduces the technical problems during the implementation of the project and the corresponding solutions,summarizes the challenges in the electronic health record construction and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
